Job Description
**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a **Project Coordinator** to support a mission‑critical U.S. Coast Guard program. This position will provide coordination across PMO functions including task tracking, travel coordination, procurement activities, documentation management, and delivery of program reports. The Project Coordinator will work closely with PMO leadership, contract management, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of program operations. This position will be located in Alexandria, VA and will be a hybrid position.

+ Support PMO operations including scheduling, task tracking, deliverable updates, meeting coordination, and document management.
+ Manage Travel Authorization Requests (TARs), including coordination with travelers, reviewing requirements, submitting approvals, and monitoring status.
