Salary: $88,000 plus 12% Superannuation

Our client, Steel Dale Industries Pty Limited is a renowned heavy engineering company working in Steel Fabrication (Mechanical/Structural), Pipe Fabrication, Blasting & Painting, Mechanical Integration, from design & engineering in applications across Mining Industry, Agricultural Industry, Infrastructure Projects, Heavy industry and Commercial steel construction.

The client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across various stages. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, monitoring progress, and supporting communication between internal teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders. This is a Perth-based, permanent full-time position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

·Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team

·Monitor project variations and assist with progress reporting

·Prepare and manage purchase orders and requisitions

·Maintain accurate project records, registers and documentation

·Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and internal departments

·Collect, analyse and report project data and outcomes

·Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and issue minutes

·Track actions, correspondence and project deliverables through to close-out

·Validate supplier invoices and subcontractor claims

·Assist with escalation of issues requiring management attention

·Prepare reports and updates for senior management as required

Skills and Experience

·Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering or Project Management

·Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator role

·Experience in project controls, scheduling and reporting

·Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

·Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

·Sound technical understanding within an engineering or construction environment

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
