Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager (Junior–Mid Level)

Virtu delivers healthcare-focused technology solutions that support clinical operations, scheduling workflows, and patient engagement. We’re growing our Project Management team and looking for a hands-on, organized Project Coordinator / Associate PM to support Senior Project Managers in executing IT projects across our healthcare clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, task tracking, and keeping project teams aligned, while learning and growing into full project ownership over time.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)

You will work closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional technical teams to help run projects smoothly and keep work moving forward.
