Role Responsibilities
Deployment Planning and Execution: Support the execution of deployment projects, ensuring schedules are maintained and conflicts resolvedMonitor and manage deployment schedules, including conflicts and reschedulesCoordinate third-party resources to deliver deployment activities to agreed standardsPartner with supply chain to manage shipment of equipment and ensure on-time installationsStakeholder & Client Coordination: Provide clear, efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycleLiaise with clients for scheduling, updates, and issue resolutionCollaborate across functions (including shared services) to share information and resolve blockersReport on progress and communicate deployment status updates accurately and on timeDocumentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and records to enable effective management, reporting, and complianceKeep case management documentation and communications accurate and up to dateMaintain activity data and contribute to reporting requirementsDocument lessons learned and insights to support continuous improvementFinancial & Commercial Administration: Ensure financial aspects of deployment projects are managed effectively and in line with company processesManage financial operations including account follow-up, purchase orders, and cost captureSupport accurate cost reporting to enable project and portfolio trackingContribute insights into integrator scorecards to improve visibility of commercial outcomesContinuous Improvement & Insights: Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and contribute to business-wide learningCapture and share insights from deployment projects for process refinementHighlight trends and opportunities for improving scheduling, communication, or vendor coordinationProvide feedback to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and client experienceRole Requirements
