Role Responsibilities

  • Deployment Planning and Execution: Support the execution of deployment projects, ensuring schedules are maintained and conflicts resolved
  • Monitor and manage deployment schedules, including conflicts and reschedules
  • Coordinate third-party resources to deliver deployment activities to agreed standards
  • Partner with supply chain to manage shipment of equipment and ensure on-time installations
  • Stakeholder & Client Coordination: Provide clear, efficient communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Liaise with clients for scheduling, updates, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate across functions (including shared services) to share information and resolve blockers
  • Report on progress and communicate deployment status updates accurately and on time
  • Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and records to enable effective management, reporting, and compliance
  • Keep case management documentation and communications accurate and up to date
  • Maintain activity data and contribute to reporting requirements
  • Document lessons learned and insights to support continuous improvement
  • Financial & Commercial Administration: Ensure financial aspects of deployment projects are managed effectively and in line with company processes
  • Manage financial operations including account follow-up, purchase orders, and cost capture
  • Support accurate cost reporting to enable project and portfolio tracking
  • Contribute insights into integrator scorecards to improve visibility of commercial outcomes
  • Continuous Improvement & Insights: Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes and contribute to business-wide learning
  • Capture and share insights from deployment projects for process refinement
  • Highlight trends and opportunities for improving scheduling, communication, or vendor coordination
  • Provide feedback to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and client experience
  • Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years previous experience in a coordination or project management role, preferably in a signage or shopfitting deployment context.
  • Qualifications or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
