The Opportunity

Responsible for providing support to Project Engineers/leaders by entering orders received from customers, sales and others, sourcing and providing accurate BOM (Bill of Material) for various assemblies, building ITP (Inspection & Test plan), and ensuring that required materials for production jobs are stocked; purchasing necessary goods in an accurate and timely manner where inventory is required. Ensure a close follow-up of the parts ordered.

• Promote a culture of safety including strict adherence to Wajax EHS policies and procedures
• Monitor job statuses and initiate workflows for production orders being handled by the engineering department conducting follow up to ensure adherence to established timelines and schedules.
