Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To communicate with different people and group throughout the project lifecycle.
  • They need to be able to convey clear and concise message, listen actively, ask relevant question, provide feedback and resolve conflicts.
  • They have to deal with various challenges and issues that may arise during the project execution.
  • They need to be able to identify, analyze and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • They need to be able to anticipate potential risk and mitigate them before they become problems.
  • Verify and cross checking the specifications mentioned in the tender for all materials and contracts.
  • Project coordinator need to be give input to the project manager to set and communicate the project vision, goals and expectations, assign role and responsibilities and provide support.
  • Weekly attained project work progress meeting with project manager at office and circulate mom .
  • Weekly attained / do physical checking work progress along with project manager.
  • To discuss and resolves challenges such resources, labor, raw material, site clearance with manager.
  • To ensure instruction given by project manager should reflect at ground level or in execution.
  • To attained client meeting, structural engineer meeting or others relates at site and circulate mom.
  • Ensuring that site work processes adhere to established quality standards and procedures, identifying areas for improvement in quality and quantity control and recommending changes in it.
  • Providing training to the site team along with project manager on quality and quantity control procedures and best practices.
