As a Project Coordinator at ITC Construction, you will support the project team in planning, organizing, and overseeing various aspects of construction projects from initial planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, monitor project budgets, and facilitate communication among all stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Assist in tendering, negotiating, and preparing trade contracts and purchase agreements as delegated by the Project Manager.
- Monitor and process plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other submittals in accordance with Standard Procedure for Scheduling and Submittal Control and Standard Procedure for Shop Drawing and Document Control.
