Job Description

As a member of Project Delivery Teams (PDTs), providing task-oriented project coordination services to PDTs doing amongst others:

Document Administration

  • Record and input changes to project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project or equivalent
  • Build list as well as track, review and distribute all submittals
  • Administration of document control and management (drawings, specs, etc.)
  • Assemble and distribute (after PM approval) the Monthly Status Report
  • As required, record, assemble and distribute (after PM approval) Meeting Minutes
  • Collection and assembly of Operations & Maintenance Manuals

Communication

  • Track and follow-up on Requests for Information and distribute to appropriate party
  • Participate in the estimation and tendering processes e.g., trade phone calls; quantity take-offs; pricing
