Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator located in Winnipeg, MB, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing project documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to. Additionally, the role involves facilitating team meetings, assisting in the preparation of project reports, and supporting the project management team in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Experience with project documentation, budget management, and timeline adherence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5 + years of Project Coordinator experience is preferred
  • Experience in the construction industry is essential
