Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, structured, and proactive individual to support cross-functional initiatives across the Group. The role requires someone who can attend key meetings, capture actionable discussions, convert them into structured documentation and JIRA tasks, and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
You will work closely with the CEO Office and Business Enablement team, acting as the central point for project tracking, communication, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Participation & Documentation
Attend business and project meetings across functions.
Capture accurate notes, decisions, and action items.
Refine minutes with the Business Enablement lead for circulation.
Action Management & Tracking
Translate meeting outcomes into JIRA tasks and maintain dashboards for visibility.
Follow up with task owners on open items and dependencies.
Maintain weekly status trackers and highlight delays or risks.
Coordination and Expediting
Acting as a bridge between multiple teams (Tech, Ops, Product, CS, HR, etc.).
Ensuring project momentum through structured follow-ups and clear communication.
Support the CEO Office in driving critical initiatives end-to-end.
Reporting & Insights
Summarize weekly updates and progress highlights.
Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to summarize complex discussions clearly and concisely
Detail-oriented with a structured, analytical approach
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools
Comfortable coordinating across tech and business functions
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint proficiency
Preferred Background
2–5 years of experience in:
CEO Office / Project Coordination / Business Operations roles
Expediting or PMO-style coordination across teams
Technical background (Engineering or IT exposure) preferred

All meetings and decisions are documented and tracked.
Action items are followed through to closure without reminders.
Leadership gains improved visibility into ongoing work.
You become a reliable “second brain” for the CEO Office.
