Job Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and manage project-related changes in line with organizational change management processes.
  • Raise, track, and close change requests using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all changes.
  • Support the implementation of simple changes while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Communicate change status and updates to stakeholders.


Skills & Requirements:


  • Familiarity with ITIL/Change Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar change management tools.
