Project Coordinator - Continuous Improvement Lead
Join the K Family in Linares, Nuevo Leon as Project Coordinator - Continuous Improvement Lead.
This position’s main objective is to assure the implementation & execution of Systemic Work Capability & Infraestructure; in order to leverage sustainable results. Detonate a Continuous Improvement Culture on the facility by enabling the facility staff to take advantage of the Productivity tools on hand.
This position reports directly to Plant Director and has 6 direct reports.
Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization (e.g., Operations manager, Maintenance, finance, Production).
Functionally reports to Kellanova North America’s region KWS Director - English proficiency required.
This position is full on site; Linare’s Plant.
