Project Coordinator - Cold Chain Packaging

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Coordinator to support the execution of cold chain packaging and logistics projects. This role requires strong vendor coordination, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently. Cold chain or temperature‑controlled logistics experience is a strong advantage.

This is a delivery‑focused role and not an administrative‑only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end project execution across suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Manage vendor communications, timelines, quotations, documentation, and follow‑ups
• Track production, delivery schedules, and deployment milestones for cold chain solutions
