The Project Coordinator, Construction is a key member of the Project Team, responsible for supporting and managing in-house processes to ensure success of the Project, as well as being the Administrative representative of Holt Renfrew in all dealings with the Constructors, Consultants, and Internal Stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Coordinates with the Director of Construction, the Manager, Construction, the Store, the General Contractor and internal teams to execute the project from inception to completion.
Supports the department in creation of RFP’s for planned construction projects.
