Overview The Project Coordinator is the operational backbone of project delivery, ensuring that project teams have the structure, organization, and support needed to execute efficiently.

This role focuses on process adherence, administrative excellence, and team enablement—managing meeting logistics, tracking action items, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring teams follow established workflows.

While not client-facing, the Project Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping projects moving smoothly by removing administrative friction, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting Project Managers in day-to-day execution.
