Job Description
The Project Co-Ordinator cum Drafter supports project execution by coordinating project activities, preparing technical drawings, and ensuring documentation accuracy. This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, manpower, and deliverables
Prepare and track project documentation including submissions, RFIs, shop drawings, and as-built records
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on project matters
Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding actions
Support procurement processes including material tracking and delivery coordination
Drafting & Technical Support
Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings such as:
Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
Panel layouts
Wiring and termination drawings
As-built drawings
Update drawings based on site conditions and engineer's instructions
