Job Description Job Description Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) - Dallas, TX The Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing project staffing to ensure timely and successful delivery of professional services engagements. This role partners closely with Project Managers, suppliers, and leadership to manage resource demand, allocation, and utilization while maintaining data accuracy and clear communication across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end resource deployment, including project staffing, capacity planning, and allocation of internal and supplier resources. Partner with Project Managers to ensure projects are properly resourced to meet scope, schedule, and delivery commitments. Identify and proactively communicate resourcing risks, conflicts, or gaps that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
