Job Description

Hiring for Project Coordinator (Document Controller) with a degree in Civil Engineering to Support in Implementing the document control management in the project execution team.


Roles & Responsibilities included:

  • Maintaining incoming/outgoing document/drawing register for all projects.
  • Internal/external distributing drawings/documents and maintaining project wise transmittals for all submissions.
  • Maintaining register of Samples along with maintaining storage of received samples for access at any time.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD, and Microsoft suit to carryout activities such as,
  1. Loading plotter paper
  2. Plotting in-house drawings
  3. Scan drawings/documents
  4. Uploading documents on Bentley


  • Assisting CAMs with,
  1. Stamping all submission drawings received from consultant.
  2. Coordination to get drawings/documents signed by all required stakeholders
  3. Booking meeting rooms as per requirements.


  • To ensure quick retrieval,
  1. Keeping record of paper copies of all information shared outside.
  2. Keeping all signed drawing records in paper/soft copy format.
  3. Copy or scan materials; organize, maintain, and safeguard files and database.


  • Maintaining library of,
  1. Codes and other guidelines
  2. Reference Books, papers etc.
  3. TDS of various materials and products
  4. Contact list of various vendors


  • 8. Provide a working collaboration with other functions, assisting with the flow of company information.
