About the Role
As a Project Coordinator within AECOMs Civil Infrastructure Department you will play a key supporting role to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects. This position involves coordination financial control compliance monitoring and administrative support to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently on schedule and in line with AECOMs global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across a range of project management tasks.
- Contribute to project financial control by assisting in the preparation of Project Financial Status Reports and Monthly Project Reviews (MPRs).
- Ensure compliance with AECOMs Project Delivery System (PDS) and maintain the accuracy and quality of project data.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team.
