Material Take-Off Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Material Take-Off (MTO) specialist to manage our façade projects from conception to completion.

  • Develop and implement accurate quantity calculations for MTO process
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare detailed scope of work for each project phase

  • Evaluate building designs to determine material requirements

    • < li > Develop materials lists in coordination with suppliers and contractors
  • Analyze data related to materials sourcing, pricing, lead times & delivery schedules
