Project Coordinator
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will support project execution by managing schedules, tasks, and communications. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Use internal Wrike project management software to run timeline, past‑due, assignee, and KPI reports
- Identify past‑due tasks and proactively contact assignees to keep projects moving forward
- Manage task data as requested, including reassigning tasks when necessary
- Perform data entry by entering provided datasets into designated tasks accurately
- Communicate effectively via email and Teams chat during USA/PST business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST)
