Project Coordinator

Position Summary

Sacyr Infrastructure USA is looking for a Project Coordinator to support and oversee operations. The person will report to the CEO, Sacyr Plenary Utility Partners Idaho LLC

Duties and Responsibilities:

· To support On site-supervision and monitoring the daily operations and maintenance provided by the Concessionaire’s local contractor on-campus, as well as acting as close liaison with the University’s leadership.

· On-site supervision and monitoring of the delivery of major repairs, replacements, and expansions of the Utility System.

· Assistance reviewing any documents submitted to the Concessionaire (operations, financial, insurance) by different third-parties and preparing deliverables to the University, including utility fee forecasts, capital planning, and other reporting needs (internal and external).
