About the Role

Based in Stafford, this full-time Monday to Friday Project Coordinator role provides critical admin and operational support to the Senior Commercial Sales team and business owner. Sitting at the centre of project flow, you will manage quoting, estimating, measurements, and order coordination to ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry through to installation. This is an office-based position ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy and being the backbone behind successful commercial projects.Skills and Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to measure, quote and calculate quantities for project estimates
Confident working with numbers, take-offs and basic estimating
Previous experience in construction, flooring, trade, or project support roles highly regarded
Strong communication skills to liaise with sales, suppliers and internal stakeholders
