You’ll work closely with the client service team to keep things organized and on track. Day to day, you’ll assist with project timelines, coordinate details, and make sure our team has what they need to deliver great work.

What Your Day to Day Looks Like

  • Support and assist the client service team in managing advertising and marketing projects.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Draft and proofread project documents, reports, and client updates.
