We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers throughout the design and construction lifecycle of building engineering projects. This role is responsible for managing project documentation, schedules, and administrative workflows, while serving as a key point of coordination between Project Managers, internal design teams, clients, and contractors. The Project Coordinator will help ensure clear communication, timely deliverables, and adherence to project standards by coordinating submittals, RFIs, contracts, and specifications, and maintaining accurate records in systems such as Deltek and SharePoint. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as tools like Bluebeam or Adobe.
