Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients to expand the customer base. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive end-to-end sales closure from lead conversion to final negotiation. Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs. Client Relationship Management Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions. Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
