Overview:
Support natural gas community expansion by engaging customers, coordinating attachment activities, and driving sales conversions across assigned communities.
Location: Brantford or Waterloo, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (Mon/Tues/Thurs in office; Wed/Fri remote)
Duration: 1-year contract
Pay : $28.5/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers via door-to-door outreach, cold calling, events, and virtual/in-person meetings
- Promote the value of natural gas and support the attachment process
- Investigate service applications, resolve customer inquiries, and manage escalations
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets, dashboards, GIS tools, and CRM data
- Prepare reports, presentations, and customer communications
- Support marketing initiatives and represent Enbridge at events as needed
