Overview

The Project Coordinator I will facilitate and coordinate multiple cross functional teams to carry out day to day operations. Your job involves coordination and liaising with multiple teams, smart/remote hands and facility providers. Tasks may vary in number, size and complexity.

Responsibilities

  • Provides weekly operational updates including action items.
  • Communicate effectively, maintain and establish a good rapport with team members and clients.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring ad-hoc project plans/schedules, work hours and expenditures.
  • Assist with identifying operational/project issues and/or escalating the issue to the team lead.
  • Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Collaborate with various regional teams for ticket resolution.
