What you will do:

• Coordinate and track multiple projects and tasks by supporting PMO activities, maintaining accurate project documentation, tracking deliverables and timelines, and ensuring timely follow-ups with internal engineering teams and stakeholders
  
• Manage operational communication and partner engagement by composing professional emails, coordinating with multiple engineers and acting as a reliable point of contact to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  
• Support asset and service management activities by maintaining accurate records, using tools such as MS Excel and ServiceNow, and taking ownership of extended operational responsibilities to ensure compliance and efficiency
  

Requirements

What you need:

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in operations coordination, PMO support, project coordination, or a similar administrative/operational role
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse teams
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, for tracking, reporting, and documentation purposes
  
• Working knowledge of asset management processes and ServiceNow or demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new operational systems
  
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
