Project Coordinator - Intermediate

Project Coordinator, who acts as the global supply chain coordinator for a multimillion-dollar midstream project. You will work directly with the Project Manager, taking the approved Bill of Materials for a site, and then start the procurement process. Expected to fall into a well-established processes and procedures. You will follow the entire lifecycle of the item, from Purchase request to purchase order to vendor confirmation and delivery, to Goods Receipts, Invoicing, and to closeout. This role requires reviewing each item daily and checking the status, updating multiple data points, and working through friction points to ensure delivery in a timely manner. A high level of attention to detail is required, and you must be able to juggle hundreds of BOMs, quotes, and Purchase Orders. Expected to have good communication skills to talk with vendors and internal customers.
