Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and executing IT projects
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and trackers
- Record and circulate meeting minutes, action items, and decisions
- Track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and update documentation regularly
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a coordination point between project teams, vendors, and clients
