Project Coordinator

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our team at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine in Jansen, SK. This position is based on a 14/7 rotation and is camp-based at the Jansen Discovery Lodge.

The Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager by providing administrative support to ensure that project specifications, budgets, and timelines are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Ensure clients' needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide support in planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress against established schedules.
