Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator responsible for supporting our fire and electrical project businesses. Working with project managers, field technicians and other team members, this role will help ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget. The Project Coordinator will track and document various elements of our projects while focusing on achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
•Coordinate daily schedule changes to address customer and company needs.
•Track and report on change orders and project close outs.
•Assist with project billing and status reviews.
•Assist project manager with material requisition, tracking, and delivery.
•Coordinate and maintain project material delivery schedule.
•Maintain a log of back ordered material with expected delivery dates.
