Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our CTO in managing multiple projects and startup initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, scheduling meetings, managing communication, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects handled by the CTO.
  • Maintain the CTO's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting internal and external meetings.
  • Manage the CTO's LinkedIn page, including content coordination and updates.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the CTO and various internal teams.
  • Track project progress, prepare updates, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Attend team meetings and represent the CTO whenever required.
