Job Description
Overview
To plan and execute project activities and ensure the projects are completed on time within budget and acceptable quality standard.
To manage / project details and carry out briefing and setting out with the site project team, subcontractors / suppliers to meet project quality, time and budgetary parameter.
To coordinate with and direct sub-contractors / suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with agreed / good workmanship.
To coordinate with Contract / Quantity Surveyor /Purchasing & Logistics / Account Department on material procurement, delivery & collection and claims.
Being multi-tasking on any other ad hoc work assignment that may assigned by management from time to time.
