Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage facilities projects such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and building improvements
  • Prepare project scopes, timelines, cost estimates, and technical specifications
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets
  • Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements
  • Provide technical solutions to project-related issues during execution
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Verify work completion and certify progress payments
  • Coordinate projects with facilities operations to minimize disruption
