Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage facilities projects such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, and building improvements
- Prepare project scopes, timelines, cost estimates, and technical specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets
- Review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements
- Provide technical solutions to project-related issues during execution
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Verify work completion and certify progress payments
- Coordinate projects with facilities operations to minimize disruption
