Project Coordinator - Manufacturing

A Project Coordinator specializing in multi-factory operations and reporting to the CEO - Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily actions and milestones at various factories work together as a synchronized delivery engine.
• Coordinate site activities for both internal teams and external resources.
• Prepare comprehensive project dashboards and status reports for senior management.
• Maintain a centralized repository of data.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between factory site supervisors, external vendors, and high-level stakeholders (e.g., Managing Directors or C-suite).
