Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
  • Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
  • Facilitate internal meetings, follow-ups, and action item closures
  • Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and quality standards
  • Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and project teams
  • Support change management and issue resolution during project execution


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Management/Engineering preferred)
  • Experience working in IT / Services / Operations projects
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) is a plus


Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of relevant project coordination experience
  • Prior experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders is mandatory
