Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, tracking milestones, ensuring timely deliverables, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
- Track tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Facilitate internal meetings, follow-ups, and action item closures
- Ensure adherence to project processes, timelines, and quality standards
- Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and project teams
- Support change management and issue resolution during project execution
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
- Excellent communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; Management/Engineering preferred)
- Experience working in IT / Services / Operations projects
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) is a plus
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of relevant project coordination experience
- Prior experience coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders is mandatory
