Job Description
**Project Coordinator**
This person will work with agents, actors, directors, clients, and other stakeholders to plan and manage recording sessions at Rocket Sound, Lionbridge Games’ studio in Los Angeles. They will also help to manage post-production workflows, balance other resources, and help to ensure that talent gets properly paid for their work.
This is a 6-month contract position, with potential for extension and/or long-term, full-time opportunities.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Balance resources and schedules between multiple projects and studios, and hundreds of actors.
+ Work with teams to make sure that they have what they need for successful sessions.
+ Help plan projects based upon customer specifications and scripts
+ Communicate with teammates and clients to make sure that schedules meet project needs and deadlines.
+ Raise POs for actor payments.
+ Maintain a database of actors for direct hire, and talent demos.
