Responsibilities:

• Endorsement of Job Order for offset project
• Monitor offset running status and production output
• Oversees and monitors inventory
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise and recommend solution
• Checking of calibration/settings of machine
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Performs quality assurance and quality control for each project
• Preparation of projects study
• Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
• Analyze project progress and when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal result
• Monitor machine chemicals
• Schedule offset and cutter for running and cutting
• Coordinate for delivery
