Job Description

  • Monitoring the project, schedules, expenditures on the site
  • Daily monitoring of the project's accomplishments (can do site visit occasionally)
  • Responsible for all the documentations needed for the project
  • Process the progress billings of the project
  • Coordinate with clients, sub contractors, LGU officers, or suppliers for the project
  • Ability to manage a team/manpower on site.
  • Understands construction plan
  • Knowledge in Pre -Construction and Actual Construction Process
  • Knowledge on estimation of Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Decision Making
  • Coordination
