Responsibilities
- Resource Management - onboarding/offboarding, timecard maintenance
- Program Coordination - customer projects, status reports, assist on key projects on management and execution, managing risks tracking
Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Aptitude for tracking and reporting on project financials, including margin and cost analysis
- Capability to work independently while adhering to management directives
- Basic understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Professional Services Administration tools
