Our client, an international technology organisation and market leader, is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Project Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Resource Management - onboarding/offboarding, timecard maintenance
  • Program Coordination - customer projects, status reports, assist on key projects on management and execution, managing risks tracking

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
  • Aptitude for tracking and reporting on project financials, including margin and cost analysis
  • Capability to work independently while adhering to management directives
  • Basic understanding of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with Professional Services Administration tools
