Job Description

Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery.

  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and facilitate effective communication throughout engagements.
  • Provide research and analysis support to project teams, gathering and synthesising relevant data and insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of client work.
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
