Job Description
Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of client accounts, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and facilitate effective communication throughout engagements.
- Provide research and analysis support to project teams, gathering and synthesising relevant data and insights.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of client work.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
