Project Coordinator

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator with experience supporting mechanical/HVAC construction projects . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how mechanical scopes flow from submittals through closeout, and can keep field teams, vendors, and paperwork moving in lockstep.

You’ll support Project Managers and field leadership by coordinating documentation, procurement, schedules, and communication across multiple HVAC/mechanical projects.

What you’ll do

• Support PMs with day-to-day coordination on mechanical/HVAC construction projects
• Track and manage submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and closeout documents
• Coordinate material/equipment procurement (lead times, releases, expediting, deliveries)
• Maintain project logs (RFI/submittal logs, equipment tracking, change order logs, meeting minutes)
