Job Description

You as a Project Coordinator (Building Group) will: 

  • Be involved in Pre-construction including municipal process' and approvals

  • Be working with our in-house personnel developing schedules, logistics and budgets

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date shop drawings, track the status of RFIs and changes

  • Working alongside and regularly communicate with owners, architects, contractors and engineers

  • Reviewing, interpreting and updating construction schedules

  • Managing and coordinating consultants

  • Early works and construction tendering

  • Conduct quality control activities, inspection programs and periodic updating of construction progress record
  • Is this the right role for you

  • You have an engineering degree or diploma and three years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
