Role Summary

The Project Coordinator (Governance & Standardization) will provide administrative and operational support to the Governance & Standardization Lead within the PMO. This entry-level role will assist in maintaining governance documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking compliance, and supporting reporting activities across the enterprise technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and PMO stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of governance routines and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of governance documentation, templates, and artefacts.
  • Coordinate meetings and forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
