We are seeking a  Project Coordinator with strong IoT installation & commissioning experience, global project handling, and hands-on exposure to vendor management and installation & commissioning.


Experience in global project coordination, vendor handling, and internal stakeholder coordination is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate end-to-end IoT project execution, from planning to deployment

  • Manage vendors and system integrators for hardware procurement, installation, and commissioning

  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of IoT devices and systems

  • Handle international clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones

  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Ensure site readiness, compliance, and quality standards during deployment

  • Act as a single point of coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates


Mandatory Requirements:



  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator

  • Strong IoT domain experience (devices, sensors, gateways, cloud platforms)

  • Experience in vendor management and coordination

  • Hands-on experience with installation & commissioning activities

  • Experience handling international / global projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
