Job Description

Summary: The Project Coordinator (PC) is the primary office, showroom, and client-facing contact, responsible 

for delivering an exceptional customer experience both in-person and throughout the project lifecycle. The PC 

manages incoming calls, greets and assists showroom visitors, supports the overall showroom experience, and 

oversees day-to-day administrative office functions. This role provides critical coordination and administrative 

support to the sales and project execution teams, managing the work order fulfillment process from scheduling 

and logistics through delivery, installation, and final invoicing—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client 

satisfaction. Working closely with Designers, Project Managers, Project Directors, the Sales Support Specialist, 

Operations, Warehouse, and Installation teams, the PC aligns logistics, labor, and scheduling to ensure projects
