Job Opening: Project Coordinator
Location: On-site, Mohali, Punjab
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate business-side projects. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably from a product-based company, and strong organizational skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Coordination
Support planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies across cross-functional teams
Track milestones and ensure deliverables are completed as per plan
Follow up on action items and ensure closure without escalation fatigue
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as a central coordination point between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document MoMs, and track outcomes
Ensure timely and clear communication across all project touchpoints
Tracking, Reporting & Documentation
Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and documentation
Prepare regular status reports highlighting progress, risks, and dependencies
Ensure project data is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
Risk, Issue & Change Support
Identify potential risks or delays early and flag them to the Project Manager
Support change requests by documenting impact on scope, timelines, and resources
Assist in implementing mitigation plans and corrective actions
Process & Tool Enablement
Ensure adherence to project management processes, templates, and tools
Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimization opportunities
Help standardize reporting and coordination practices across projects
Qualifications:
6 months – 1 year in project coordination or similar role; product-based company experience is highly preferred.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Zoho Projects, Google Sheets/Slides, Excel.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
