Project Coordinator (SAP Payroll & Time)

The Project Coordinator will support day-to-day activities across an SAP Payroll and Time environment, coordinating solution changes and integration activities with upstream and downstream HR systems.

The role supports both ongoing operations and preparation for future HR and payroll transformation phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities related to SAP Payroll and Time
  • Track project tasks, milestones, actions, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across IT, HR, Payroll, and business teams
  • Schedule meetings, workshops, and project calls
  • Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actions
  • Support HR system integration activities
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Support stakeholder communications and reporting
